Doors	3/4" thick solid wood door and drawer front frame. Center panel is MDF (Medium Density Fiber Board) with wood veneer. Doors and drawer fronts are 5-piece construction. Why do we use MDF?
Cabinet construction	1/2" thick grade plywood box construction. Back panel is 5/8"-3/4" thick plywood picture frame recessed style.
Face frame	1-1/2" wide x 3/4" thick solid wood
Shelves	5/8"-3/4" thick plywood, adjustable. Metal shelf pins.

Center stile	Wall cabinets: Wall Top Hinge and Butt door cabinets do not have a center stile. Base and vanity cabinets: Butt door cabinets do not have a center stile.

Full Overlay Installation
Cabinets with full overlay doors come with a small clearance between doors/drawers and cabinet edges. If a cabinet is located next to a wall or other surface (e.g. refrigerator panel), we recommend adding at least 1/4" additional clearance to allow doors/drawers operate smoothly. The 1/4" is the minimum recommended, however, some applications will require a bigger clearance depending on hardware and other project requirements. Use a scribe molding or wall/base fillers to fill the gaps. Generally, the additional spacing is not required in between cabinets unless they are different depth (e.g. a 12" deep wall cabinet next to a 24" deep pantry). See an example
