General Questions

  • Can I order cabinet doors only?

    We can't sell cabinet doors only because our cabinets come from the factory with all items and accessories included.

  • I want a particular cabinet size. Do you make custom sizes?

    We offer semi-custom cabinets with a standard set of modifications. There are options to change cabinet depth, add specialty hardware. We also offer custom color cabinets. Modifications depend on a particular product line.

  • Are your cabinets covered by a warranty?

    All our products come with limited warranties. The terms and duration depends on a particular cabinet line. For more information see the warranty details page.

  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

    There are two types of damages: noticeable and hidden. Noticeable damage. Any noticeable damage to the goods must be indicated on the delivery receipt. The driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt, note the damage before signing the delivery receipt. Please contact us within 7 calendar days to report damage upon delivery. Hidden damage. If any damage upon delivery is reported more than in 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods, we will not be able to provide spare parts for free. Shipping companies generally do not accept late claims for damages.

  • Do you ensure I will get the best deal?

  • Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

    We accept order changes within 24 hours after placing an order.

Billing & Payments

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    Currently we accept personal checks,but plan on accepting electronic payments starting from July 2020.

  • What is your return policy?

    For standard size cabinets we accept returns within 30 calendar days after delivery date. We do not accept returns for any products with custom features and options. See our Shipping and Return Policy for more details.

  • Do you offer financing?

    We offer financing on kitchen and bathroom cabinet purchases. Please contact us to get more details.

Product Specifications

  • Can I install a stone countertop on your cabinets?

    Yes, our cabinets are strong enough for standard size and shape stone countertops.

  • What side are the hinges on?

    Hinges are installed on the right side on single door base and wall cabinets. It is possible to change the side, if needed. If you would like to change the hinge side, please mention it in the order comments or call us after placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • What is a lead time for the custom color cabinets?

    The production time is 2-4 weeks after placing an order. The standard transit time is 5 business days week after leaving the warehouse. The overall lead time is 3-5 weeks after placing an order.

  • What is a lead time for semi-custom cabinets?

    Semi-custom cabinets usually leave the warehouse in 1-3 weeks after placing an order. The exact timing depends on a particular product and custom options. The standard transit time is 5 business days after leaving the warehouse.

  • Do you ship cabinets to Canada?

    Currently we offer shipping to 48 contiguous US states only. Our Canadian customers normally arrange shipping themselves from a terminal near the border.
