Return Policy


Ready to assemble (RTA) cabinets return policy:

  • Product(s) must be received in resalable condition and in original packaging.
  • We must receive product(s) within 30 calendar days after receipt of order.
  • All RTA cabinet returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping the product.
  • All return shipments must be traceable. Most shipping companies provide tracking numbers.
  • Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility. We can arrange the return shipping for you; in this case the return shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund amount.


Ready to assemble (RTA) cabinet accessories return policy:
This part applies to accessories that come with RTA cabinets.

  • Product(s) must be received in resalable condition and in original packaging.
  • We must receive product(s) within 30 calendar days after receipt of order.
  • All cabinet accessory returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping the product.

Product samples return policy:

  • Product(s) must be received in resalable condition and in original packaging.
  • We must receive product(s) within 30 calendar days after receipt of order.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee on door sample returns.
  • You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping the product.
  • All return shipments must be traceable. Most shipping companies provide tracking numbers.
  • Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility. We can arrange the return shipping for you; in this case the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.


We cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Pre-assembled, custom, and modified cabinets.
  • Any accessories that came with pre-assembled cabinets.
  • Items that have been opened, assembled, and/or installed.
  • Decorative hardware, organizers, knobs, handles, sinks.


Shipping Policy


Shipping Time
Lead time varies depending on a particular product. Ready to assemble (RTA) cabinet orders usually leave the warehouse in 3-6 business days after after placing an order, pre-assembled cabinets generally leave warehouses in 4-10 business days. Custom color cabinetry, products with custom features and upgrades may require up to 8 weeks of lead time. Standard transit time is 1-6 business days after leaving the warehouse. Shipping estimates are displayed on cabinet style pages below product specifications page. Please do not schedule any installation or remodeling activities until after your order is received and inspected.

We ship within contiguous 48 states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations are shipped on case by case basis depending on order size and destination. All delivery dates displayed on the website are estimates based on previous experience. You will be provided with tracking information and shipping company contact details. We do not recommend scheduling any remodeling or other activities dependant on our products until the products are delivered and inspected.

Shipping Price
The shipping and handling price will be calculated at the checkout. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping price for oversized items and deliveries to remote locations.

Free Shipping
We offer free curbside shipping on all orders over $2500 per cabinet finish/style. Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous US states. The products are stocked at multiple warehouses across the USA. If an order contains multiple finishes and each finish is not at least $2500, a reasonable shipping fee may apply.

Shipping Services
All deliveries are curbside, inside delivery is not included in the shipping. Most of our pallet shipments come with a lift gate. However, we cannot guarantee liftgate on every shipment. In some situations items need to be manually unloaded from delivery trucks. Usually items packaged on double pallets cannot be unloaded by a liftgate. Most kitchen and bathroom orders are delivered on 18 wheeler trucks. The shipping address must be accessible for delivery trucks. In case an address is inaccessible, you may have to meet a delivery driver at an accessible point near the shipping address or make other arrangements with a carrier depending on a situation. We reserve a right to add extra fees to cover unusual shipping expenses if an address located on an island without bridge access to the mainland, within New York City, or any other unusual for shipping purposes setting. If an order cannot be delivered with free shipping, we will contact you for a shipping authorization before shipping the order. For full kitchen and bathroom orders shipping carriers call to set up a delivery appointment once a shipment is ready for delivery. It is expected shipments will be delivered within one week after they are ready for delivery. We cannot hold or delay delivery after an order is shipped and in a carrier possession. Changing shipping address after shipping requires an extra carrier fee.

Shipping Damage Policy
We strive to minimize shipping damage by choosing reputable shipping carriers and professional packaging materials. However, there are no damage proof items. All shipping damages fall into two main categories: visible and concealed damage.

Visible Damage
Any noticeable damage to shipment must be noted on delivery receipt. Driver will ask you to sign delivery receipt, note damages before signing the delivery receipt. Please contact us within 7 calendar days to report shipping damage.

Concealed Damage
If you find damaged items inside undamaged box, report the damages within 14 calendar days after receipt of shipment. Be prepared to submit photos of damage.
If any shipping damage is reported in more than 14 calendar days after receipt of shipment, we will not be able to provide replacement parts at no charge. Shipping companies usually do not accept damage claims that are submitted late.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled before shipping.
Ready to assemble (RTA) cabinet orders cancelled after 1 (one) day from the order day are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Pre-assembled cabinet orders cabinet orders cancelled after 1 (one) day from the order day are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Pre-assembled orders cannot be cancelled after cabinets are assembled or in production. If we are unable to cancel an order, it would have to be returned according to this return policy. Missing Items
Count all items at the time of delivery. Product shortage is unusual and rarely happens but should be handled properly.  If anything is missing, note the shortage on delivery receipt. All cabinet boxes have product code printed on them (e g W0936 or B30) for easier identifying.
