Shipping and Return Policy

Return policy period

We accept returns within 30 calendar days after products receipt date if the following requirements are met:

Semi-custom pre-assembled cabinets:

Assembled items are difficult to ship due to size limitations. Extra care is required when shipping assembled cabinets.

  • Products must be received in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • We must receive products within 30 calendar days after an original order delivery date.
  • Restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns.
  • You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number before sending products.
  • All return shipments must have a tracking number(s). Most shipping companies provide tracking numbers.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
  • In case of any damage, it is a customer esponsibility to resolve damage claims with a shipping carrier.
  • We cannot accept products that have been used and/or are not in the original packaging.

Custom Color Cabinets:

Custom color cabinets are not-returnable for any reason.

Shipping Policy

Orders usually leaves the warehouse 5-20 business days after an order date. The exact time greatly depends on a roduct and custom options, if any. For products labeled as “Special Order” it may take up to 5 weeks. Standard transit time is 1-6 business days after leaving the warehouse. Shipping costs are displayed on the cabinet style pages under the product specification page. Orders for the custom color cabinets require additional time for preparation, they usually leave the warehouse in 15-20 working days after placing an order.

Shipping Cost

Shipping and handling charges will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust the cost of delivery of oversized goods and delivery to remote places.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $2500. Free shipping applies to the 48 Contiguous United States only. We reserve the right to add shipping costs for delivery to remote locations.

Damage Delivery Policy

We are trying to minimize shipping damage by choosing reliable carriers and professional packaging materials. However, there is no protection against damage. All shipping damage is divided into two main categories: noticeable and hidden damage.

Noticeable damage. Any noticeable damage to the goods must be indicated on the delivery receipt. The driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt, note the damage before signing the delivery receipt. Please contact us within 7 calendar days to report damage upon delivery.

Hidden damage. If any damage upon delivery is reported more than in 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods, we will not be able to provide spare parts for free. Shipping companies generally do not accept late claims for damages.

Cancellation policy (order canceled before shipping)

Cabinet orders canceled after 1 (one) day from the day of order are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Missing Items

Count all items at the time of delivery. If something is missing, report a shortage within 7 calendar days after receiving the parcel. Feel free to call or email us with any questions regarding the shipping and return policy.
