5 Year Limited Warranty

This warranty applies to products manufactured by Jarlin Cabinetry that were purchased after May 23, 2020.

RTA Cabinet Supply LLC warrants all cabinets and accessories to be free of manufacturing defects for the period of 5 years after the purchase date. The warranty applies to residential applications and for the original purchaser only. Should any product fail due to the manufacturing defect under normal use within a 5 year period, we will provide replacement parts or replacement cabinets at our discretion. The warranty also covers any applicable shipping expenses within the 48 contiguous states. This warranty does not cover cost of installation, removal of parts, or any labor expenses. Variations in color or wood grain, mineral streaks and knots are normal characteristics of wood, these variations are not considered defects. This warranty does not extend to modified cabinets, improper use of cabinets, defects due to extreme weather conditions and negligence.

Our cabinets are made of wood. Certain environment conditions, such as high humidity, extreme temperature changes will cause wood to react accordingly. This warranty does not cover the products exposed to extreme environment conditions. Normal wood movement may result in joint lines in places where door panels are joined. This is normal for any wooden product and it is not covered under this warranty. Wood warping is a normal wood movement up to a certain extent. Doors and drawer fronts that are warped less than 1/4" in either direction are not covered under this warranty.

We update our line of products to reflect current industry trends and specifications. As a result some product lines are being discontinued and replaced with newer products. If any item has been discontinued or no longer available for sale, we reserve the right to provide a monetary reimbursement for the imperfect part or find a similar part.

Kitchen cabinet organizers, door knobs and drawer pulls are covered by our suppliers' warranty. The warranty length and terms are different. Please contact us to obtain the warranty information on these products.
