Toe kick molding is an item placed along the recessed area at the base of lower cabinets. This recessed space allows you to stand nearer to the countertop comfortably without your feet striking the cabinet front. The molding completes and enhances this space, providing a visibly smooth connection between the cabinet toe kicks.
Functionally, toe kick serves to shield the cabinet base from daily damage like scuffs, dirt, and moisture. It can also be utilized to hide gaps or irregular flooring, providing a neat, consistent appearance throughout the whole row of cabinets.
Toe kick molding is recommended even when cabinets already include toe kicks.
If you are looking for toe kick moldings, start by choosing your cabinet line. Then, click on "Accessories" and go to the "Moldings" section to browse the available molding options.
For example, navigate to the Salem Cream Shaker cabinet line, click on "Accessories," and then go to the "Moldings" section to explore the available options.
