Doors	3/4" thick solid wood door and drawer front frame. Center panel is MDF (Medium Density Fiber Board) with wood veneer. Doors and drawer fronts are 5-piece construction. Why do we use MDF?
Cabinet construction	½" unfinished plywood side panels dovetailed into face frame. ½" thick veneered plywood back with a natural finished interior. See interior color section for information on interior finish.

Full Overlay Installation
Cabinets with full overlay doors come with a small clearance between doors/drawers and cabinet edges. If a cabinet is located next to a wall or other surface (e.g. refrigerator panel), it is recommended to add at least 1/4" spacer for an additional clearance to allow doors/drawers operate smoothly. Some applications will require a bigger clearance depending on hardware and other project requirements. Use a scribe molding or wall/base fillers to fill the gaps. Generally the additional spacing is not required in between cabinets unless they are different depth (e.g. a 12" deep wall cabinet next to a 24" deep pantry). See an example
