The following terms govern all our designs, orders, and price quotes:

• We offer free, no-obligation room designs. This service is limited to basic 3D design and consultation. If your project involves nonstandard items, requires advanced photorealistic renderings, or includes tasks outside the standard scope, we recommend hiring a separate designer.
• Designs typically require revisions before a final version is achieved. All designs we provide are considered preliminary unless otherwise noted by one of our designers. Preliminary designs are for conceptual purposes only and should not be relied upon.
• Design revisions are limited to a maximum of 10 revisions per project.
• Our designs should not be used as installation diagrams or actual project plans. They are intended to provide visual ideas of future projects. All installation details and compliance with local building codes and regulations must be verified on-site by qualified professionals. Since local building codes, regulations, and zoning can vary, it's important to consult with local authorities to ensure your project meets all applicable requirements.
• Please confirm all room measurements before placing an order. We are not responsible for any discrepancies in room or product measurements.
• Our cabinets do not include knobs and/or handles. These items are available for purchase separately.
• It is the customer's responsibility to hire a qualified professional to select, ensure proper fit, and confirm the safe operation of all appliances. Our designers do not provide advice on appliance selection, installation, sizing, or suitability. In our designs, we typically use generic placeholder appliances. The same principle applies to all electronic devices, televisions, and other equipment incorporated alongside cabinets.
• Countertop installation, overhang, and other details often depend on material, surface, and other factors. Customers must verify the placement of countertops with a qualified professional on-site.
• We strongly recommend hiring a professional contractor for all cabinet work.
• Do not schedule any project work until after the products have arrived and been inspected.
• Please contact us immediately if you discover any product damage or missing items. Refer to our Shipping and Return Policy for more information.
• Please review the product instructions available on our website before proceeding with any cabinet work. If you have any questions, our customer service team is here to assist.
• It is the customer's responsibility to check price quotes to ensure that all desired items are included.
